Item Warranties – HouseRite offers a 1-year replacement 

Warranty for items that have failed due to manufacturing. 

Errors can and do occur on occasions.

We are not perfect just very close to perfection 99.99%

On its return, each supplied item that is faulty is evaluated on its own merits.

This warranty does not cover the following “INSTALLED INCORRECTLY” OR  ITEMS “CUT OR MODIFIED” in ANYWAY please check correct operation before doing any Modifications at all. Items opened or tampered with in any way. Nullifies any warranties at our discretion

Once we have received the faulty unit/component and evaluation of the faulty item completed a new item will be shipped unless the item has been maliciously damaged Digital photos of each order and the postage address are taken prior to shipping as proof of postage.

We will endeavour to solve any postage problems.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee.

Please note the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred and postage charges are not refunded whether or not we have charged you postage.

If you return a Free Post item/s we will deduct all and any charges we incur.
